You can return your order up to 14 days after receiving it, and we’ll make sure the purchase amount is refunded to your account within five business days after we receive your return.

How to return your item(s):

Step 1: Contact our customer service
Fill in the contact form below, explaining why you want to return your package. Our team will assist you from there.

Step 2: Send your order ID
Please remember to include your order number so we can process your return.

Step 3: Send your package
Ship the items along with the completed return form to the address provided on the form.
Make sure your package includes a track & trace code. Take a photo of your package.
As the sender, you are responsible for the return, this helps avoid any misunderstandings.

Step 4: Receive your refund
Once we receive your return in good condition, we’ll refund your purchase amount within five business days.
